He was President of Strategic Business Planning for Meridian, and spent five years as a Senior Consulting Partner for the Gallup Organization, specializing in strategic planning. William W. Crouch, General, United States Army (Ret.) held diverse positions during 35 years of public service culminating as Vice Chief of Staff of the Army, the service’s second-highest office. General Crouch has extensive experience in the management of large, multi-disciplined organizations, budgeting, training and systems integration. His skills and knowledge are ideally suited to help companies shape the organization to reflect changing conditions and new strategies.

Diane Hileman was president of 1928 Jewelry Stores, a national chain of factory outlet stores and was senior vice-president and general merchandise manager for the Broadway Stores, a full-line department store. She has experience in merchandising, repositioning and restructuring for retail companies. Her expert knowledge can help clients develop customized merchandising strategies for Must-Have Customers.

George Karklins has over 25 years experience in banking and finance, including a position as senior vice-president and treasurer of Wachovia, a major financial corporation. His area of expertise is risk management, including helping companies improve asset and liability management. He will work with companies to develop and implement practices to reduce threats and hazards to the business.

Joseph Kun has over thirty years of merchandising and management experience with regional and national specialty, department and mass merchant retail chains. Kent Larsson held senior positions in marketing, merchandising and strategic planning during his 30 years in specialty and general merchandise retailing. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in areas of branding, advertising, sales promotion, public relations, store planning, merchandise presentation and customer research. Kent assists companies to develop effective, integrated marketing and communications strategies.

James Posner has had a long and varied career in merchandising and management in retail and catalog and Internet direct marketing. He was president of three department store chains, and a founder of the high growth catalog, Home Decorators Collection. As a consultant, his clients have included Fortune 500 companies such as DuPont and ATT. Dennis Reaves was senior vice-president and general merchandise manager for Wal-Mart Stores where he successfully grew his business to $18 billion. Previously, he was CEO, president, COO and a senior executive in department, discount, specialty and off-price retail chains. Donna Wand was Director of Product Management for Compaq Computer Corporation where she was responsible for overseeing purchasing, inventory management and asset management. William Welsh II is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Election Systems & Software, the country’s largest producer of election equipment. Doris Zelinsky was the Chief Operating Officer of Country Home Bakers, a leader in frozen raw dough products for in-store bakeries and food service.
